醫(yī)學(xué)論文范文:補腎化濁膠囊對慶大霉素誘發(fā)大鼠急性腎損害作用的實驗觀察
【摘要】 目的 探討補腎化濁膠囊對慶大霉素(GM)致大鼠腎臟損傷時腎功能變化以及血、尿中相關(guān)指標(biāo)的影響。方法 給藥2l d后,采用大劑量注射GM致大鼠急性腎損傷模型,同時給予補腎化濁膠囊高、低劑量混懸液灌胃。治療7 d,觀察4組血肌酐(Cr),尿素氮(BUN、總蛋白(TP)和白蛋白(ALB)的變化;另觀察4組尿蛋白、葡萄糖、酮體的變化及腎組織的病理改變。結(jié)果 補腎化濁膠囊高、低劑量組血清中Cr、BUN、TP和ALB含量較模型組同指標(biāo)比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<0.05);尿中尿蛋白、葡萄糖、酮體含量較模型組同指標(biāo)比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。補腎化濁膠囊高、低劑量組的相同指標(biāo)與對照組比較差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P>0.05)。結(jié)論 補腎化濁膠囊對GM誘發(fā)大鼠急性腎損傷有顯著保護作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of Bushenhuazhuo capsule on the changes of renal function and related factors in blood and urine in acute kidney injury of rats caused by gentamicin (GM).Methods After 21day administration,the acute kidney injury model of rats was induced by highdose gentamicin injection, meanwhile the rats were given highdose or lowdose Bushenhuazhuo capsule by gastric gavage. After 7day treatment,the changes of creatinine(Cr), blood urea nitrogen(BUN), total protein(TP) and albumin(ALB), urine protein, glucose, ketones and pathological changes were detected and observed.Results There were significant differences in the levels of creatinine (Cr), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), total protein(TP)and albumin(ALB), urine protein, glucose, ketone levels between Bushenhuazhuo capsule group and model group (P<0.05 or <0.01).However there were no significant differences in these parameters between Bushenhuazhuo capsule group and control group (P>0.05).Conclusion Bushenhuazhuo capsule has a significant protective effect on gentamicininduced acute kidney injury in rats.醫(yī).學(xué)全.在.線網(wǎng)站payment-defi.com

補腎化濁膠囊是河北省滄州市中心醫(yī)院自行研制的中藥復(fù)方制劑,具有滋補肝腎、益氣養(yǎng)陰、活血消腫、溫腎健脾的功效,用于治療糖尿病腎病取得了較好的臨床療效。本實驗參照中藥藥理研究方法學(xué)[1],觀察補腎化濁膠囊對慶大霉素(GM)致大鼠急性腎臟病變的作用,探討可能的機制,為補腎化濁膠囊臨床預(yù)防和治療糖尿病腎病提供依據(jù)。
