手太陰肺經(jīng)重點(diǎn)穴:列缺(肺經(jīng)7) Lieque(LU7)

穴義

列，排列；缺，凹陷。
古代稱閃電和天際裂縫為列缺。手太陰脈從這里別走手陽明脈，本穴位列于橈骨莖突上方凹陷處。

Meaning

The lightning and the rift in the sky were called Lieque in ancient times. The Meridian of Hand-Taiyin diverges from this point to the Meridian of Hand-Yang ming, The point is the depression superior to the styloid process of the radius.

定位

橈骨莖突上方，腕模紋上1.5寸

Location

主治

（1)呼吸系統(tǒng)疾病要穴，用治鼻塞，喉痛，咳嗽，氣喘等
（2)治頭項(xiàng)強(qiáng)痛之要穴
（3)局部治手腕酸痛，如扭傷、腱鞘炎等

Indication

(1) main point for respiratory diseases, such as nasal obstruction, sore throat, cough, asthma, etc.
(2) main point for acute pain of the head and neck.
(3) to treat aches of the wrist, such as sprain, tenosynovitis, etc.

針法

（1)向肘部斜刺0.5-0.8寸
（2)針尖由橈骨與肌腱之間向內(nèi)側(cè)正中斜刺
