穴義

次，第二；髎，骨隙。

Meaning

Ci, second; liao, foramen.
The point is at the second posterior sacral foramen.

定位

膀胱俞與第二骶椎下連線之中點(diǎn)。

Location

the midpoint of the line connecting Pangguangshu and the lower border of the spinous process of the 2nd sacral vertebra.

主治

① 泌尿系統(tǒng)疾病要穴，治尿路感染、尿潴留、遺尿等；
② 生殖系統(tǒng)疾病要穴，治陽萎、遺精、月經(jīng)不調(diào)、痛經(jīng)、滯產(chǎn)等；
③ 局部酸痛；
④ 下腹部手術(shù)針麻要穴。

Indication

1.main pointof the urinary system: cystitis, retention, enuresis, etc.
2. main point for diseases of the genital system: impotence, spermatorrhea, irregular menstruation, dysmenorrhea, prolonged labor, etc.
3. pain of the local area.
4. main point of the acupuncture anaesthesia in the lower abdomen.

針法

直刺1-1.5寸，但不宜過深，以防損傷骶神經(jīng)。

Method
