穴義

內(nèi)，內(nèi)外之內(nèi)；關(guān)，關(guān)隘。
穴在前臂內(nèi)側(cè)要處，猶如關(guān)隘。

The point is at an important site at the medial aspect of the forearm, like a pass.

定位

腕橫紋上2寸，掌長(zhǎng)肌腱與橈側(cè)腕屈腱之間。

Location

2 cun above the transverse crease of the wrist, between the tendons of m.palmaris longus and m.flexor carpi radialis.

主治

① 心病要穴，對(duì)心率有雙向調(diào)節(jié)作用，快者能轉(zhuǎn)慢，慢者能轉(zhuǎn)快；對(duì)心律也有調(diào)整作用，可治療心律不齊；對(duì)冠狀動(dòng)脈有擴(kuò)張作用，可緩解心絞痛；
② 鎮(zhèn)靜安神，治失眠，癲狂等；
③ 對(duì)血壓有雙向調(diào)節(jié)作用，血壓高者可使之低，低者可使之高；
④ 寬胸理氣，治胸悶胸痛，氣喘等；
⑤ 和胃降逆，治胃痛嘔吐，噯氣呃逆等；
⑥ 有清熱作用，治陰虛發(fā)熱；
⑦ 為胸部手術(shù)針麻要穴。

Indication

1. main point for heart diseases: tachycardia, bradycardia, arrhythmia, angina pectoris.
2. insomnia, epilepsy, mental disorder.
3. regulating blood pressure in favorable directions.
4. stuffness of the chest; chest pain and asthma.
5. stomachache, vomiting, retching, hiccup.
6. fever caused by deficiency of Yin.
7. main point for acupuncture anaesthesia in chest operations.

直刺0.5-1寸

perpendicularly 0.5-1 cun

備考

絡(luò)穴。治嘔吐、呃逆，心律不齊主穴。
