主癥

頸部呈彌漫性腫大，腫勢逐漸增加，邊緣不清，皮色如常，不痛。部分患者腫脹過大而下垂，往往遇喜則減，遇怒則長，腫脹嚴(yán)重者，可有呼吸困難，聲音嘶啞等證。有的兼見胸悶，心悸氣促，手指顫動(dòng)，急躁易怒，容易汗出，眼球突出，脈弦滑而數(shù)。

Main Manifestations

Growth of the diffuse swelling in the neck is painless, not circumscribed, and no skin discoloration. In some cases, it is big and drooping and usually changed with emotions. If the swelling is severe, there may appear dyspnea and hoarse voice.
