通過對病理切片的觀察,可以發(fā)現(xiàn)經(jīng)中藥治療后各劑量組上氣道炎癥及肺組織病理癥狀與模型組相比均有改善,其作用與劑量成正相關(guān)性。特別是大劑量組病理改變明顯減輕,支氣管周圍和黏膜層及肺泡區(qū)結(jié)構(gòu)基本正常,無明顯炎性細(xì)胞浸潤,氣道、血管平滑肌及肺泡壁無明顯增厚,肺泡腔無明顯改變。證實(shí)健兒強(qiáng)身膏具有抑制氣道、肺組織炎癥作用,其作用效果類似地塞米松。
