穴義

二，基數(shù)詞二；白，白色。
穴在前臂掌面腕上，橈側(cè)腕屈肌腱內(nèi)外側(cè)各一。在外側(cè)的臨近肺經(jīng)，肺在色為白，故名二白。

Meaning

Er, number two bai, white.
The points are located above the transverse wrist crease at the palmar aspect of forearm and on the medial and lateral sides of the tendon of m.flexor carpi radialis. The lateral one is close to Lung Meridian. Because the corresponding color of Lung is white, the points were called "Erbai".

定位

在前臂掌側(cè)，腕橫紋上4寸，橈側(cè)腕屈肌腱的兩側(cè)，一側(cè)各一穴，一臂二穴，左右兩臂共四穴。

Location

On the palmar aspect of the forearm, 4cun above the transverse crease of the wrist, on both sides of the tendon of m.flexor carpi radialis. Each side has one point, each arm has two points, both arms have a total of four points.

主治

1. 痔瘡，脫肛
2. 前臂痛，胸脅痛

Indication

1. hemorrhoids, prolapse of the rectum.
2. pain of the forearm, pain in the chest and hypocondrium.

針法

直刺0.5-0.8寸

Method
