醫(yī)學(xué)論文范文:轉(zhuǎn)錄調(diào)節(jié)因子E26轉(zhuǎn)錄因子1蛋白在胎膜早破中的表達(dá)和意義
【摘要】 目的 探討E26轉(zhuǎn)錄因子1(E26 transformation specific1, Ets1)蛋白在胎膜早破中的表達(dá)和意義。方法 采用免疫組織化學(xué)SP法在蛋白水平檢測(cè)75例胎膜早破者(病例組)及70例無其他產(chǎn)科并發(fā)癥及內(nèi)外科合并癥的足月?lián)衿谄蕦m產(chǎn)者(對(duì)照組)胎膜中Ets1蛋白的表達(dá)。結(jié)果 ①Ets1蛋白在胎膜滋養(yǎng)層細(xì)胞核及胞漿中均有表達(dá),以胞核表達(dá)為主;②Ets1蛋白在胎膜早破組滋養(yǎng)層中高表達(dá),與對(duì)照組比較,有顯著性差異(P<0.05);③Ets1蛋白在未足月胎膜早破組滋養(yǎng)層中高表達(dá),但與足月胎膜早破組比較,無顯著性差異(P>0.05)。結(jié)論 轉(zhuǎn)錄調(diào)節(jié)因子Ets1在人類胎膜上有表達(dá),且在胎膜早破中高表達(dá),表明Ets1蛋白可能使胎膜細(xì)胞外基質(zhì)重塑從而引發(fā)胎膜早破。本研究可作為預(yù)測(cè)胎膜早破發(fā)生的依據(jù)。

ABSTRACT: Objective To examine the expression and clinical significance of E26 transformation specific1 in premature rupture of fetal membranes. Methods Fetal membranes from 75 women in the following categories were analyzed for Ets1 expression: preterm and term premature rupture of fetal membranes; 70 women (control group) with term cesarean sections and without complications. Ets1 protein was localized with the use of immunohistochemical SP method. Results Ets1 protein was expressed in both the nucleus and cytoplasm of trophoblast of human fetal membranes, with more obvious expression in the nucleus. Ets1 proteins expression was upregulated in the trophoblast of fetal membranes with premature rupture, which differed significantly from the control group (P<0.05). Ets1 protein's expression was upregulated in the trophoblast of fetal membranes with preterm premature rupture, which did not differ significantly from the control group (P>0.05). Conclusion Ets1 is expressed in human fetal membranes and its expression is upregulated with premature rupture of fetal membranes, suggesting a role for Ets1 in extracellular matrix remodeling of the membranes. 胎膜早破(premature rupture of fetal membranes, PROM)是臨產(chǎn)前胎膜發(fā)生破裂,分為未足月胎膜早破(preterm premature rupture of fetal membranes, PPROM)和足月胎膜早破(term premature rupture of membranes, TPROM),其發(fā)生率國(guó)內(nèi)報(bào)道為2.7%~17%,國(guó)外報(bào)道為5%~15%[1]。且發(fā)病率正逐年升高,其中約30%~40%胎膜早破并發(fā)早產(chǎn),為新生兒發(fā)病率和病死率上升的一個(gè)重要原因。
