醫(yī)學(xué)論文范文:益骨口服液對去勢大鼠骨密度與骨生物力學(xué)的影響
【摘要】 [目的]探討益骨口服液對實(shí)驗(yàn)去勢大鼠骨密度和骨生物力學(xué)變化的影響。[方法]將大鼠隨機(jī)分為A、B、C、D、E五組，A組(10只)為正常對照組(假手術(shù)); B組(10只)為模型組(造模后給予蒸餾水亦即空白組);C組(10只)為陽性對照組(切除雙側(cè)卵巢并予以倍美力治療);D組(10只)為高濃度組(造模后給予含生藥1.5g/ml益骨口服液治療);E組(10只)為低濃度組(造模后給予含生藥0.5g/ml益骨口服液治療)。灌胃12周后，活殺各組動物，以雙能 X線測定骨密度及三點(diǎn)彎曲試驗(yàn)測生物力學(xué)指標(biāo)。[結(jié)果]治療組骨密度明顯高于模型組(P<0.05)，骨生物力學(xué)性能較模型組得到明顯改善(P<0.05)。結(jié)論：益骨湯能促進(jìn)骨形成，能提高骨強(qiáng)度及生物力學(xué)性能。

Abstract： [Objective] To observe the effect of YiGu Oral Solution on bone structure and bone biomechanics.[Methods]Rats were randomly divided into A，B，C，D，E five groups，A group(10)for the normal control group(sham operation);B group(10)as a model group(distilled water model that is，after the blank group);C group(10)for the positive control group(resection of bilateral ovarian and western medicine treatment Premarin);D group(10)for the high concentration group(model after treatment with 1.5g/mlYiGu Oral Solution Pharmacognosy );E group(10)for the low concentration group(model after treatment with 0.5g/mlYiGu Oral Solution pharmacognostic).Twelve weeks after oral administration of live animals in each group to kill in order to dualenergy Xray density of bone mineral density determination.[Results]BMD was significantly higher than the model group(P<0.05)，than the mechanical properties of bone biology has marked improvement in the model group(P<0.05).[Conclusion] YiGu Oral Solution can promote bone formation and improve the mechanical properties of bone biology醫(yī).學(xué)全.在.線payment-defi.com.

Fund project： Item supported by Zhejiang Provincial Scitech Bureau(No.2007C33019) 絕經(jīng)后骨質(zhì)疏松癥是中老年婦女常見的骨代謝性疾病[12]。通過建立去勢大鼠骨質(zhì)疏松癥的動物模型，探索益骨口服液防治骨質(zhì)疏松癥的作用機(jī)制。補(bǔ)腎健脾是中醫(yī)治療此骨質(zhì)疏松癥的方法之一，本實(shí)驗(yàn)將以補(bǔ)腎健脾胃為主的中藥復(fù)方益骨口服液應(yīng)用于去勢大鼠的骨質(zhì)疏松模型，觀察其對大鼠骨密度及骨生物力學(xué)的影響。
1 材料與方法
1.1 實(shí)驗(yàn)藥物 益骨口服液水提液：①按照益骨口服液的提取與成型工藝，由浙江中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)制劑中心加工。②倍美力水溶液：美國惠氏艾爾斯特制藥公司艾爾斯特藥廠制造，生產(chǎn)批號0502090，國藥準(zhǔn)字(2001)J51(2)號。水溶液濃度為9.4ug/ml。③氯氨酮：上海第一生化藥業(yè)有限公司生產(chǎn)，批號滬衛(wèi)藥準(zhǔn)字 (1995)第 001064號。
