【摘要】  目的 研究動(dòng)脈蒂植入非血管化自體骨后移植骨血管再生的情況。方法 將36只大白雙側(cè)橈骨部分截?cái),剝離骨膜,分別植入雙側(cè)咬肌區(qū),其中一側(cè)將遠(yuǎn)端結(jié)扎的頜外動(dòng)脈蒂植入游離橈骨骨髓腔作為實(shí)驗(yàn)側(cè),另一側(cè)單純移植作為對(duì)照側(cè)。術(shù)后3 d、1周、2周、3周、4周、6周處死動(dòng)物取材,通過(guò)組織學(xué)檢查、血管墨汁灌注、CD34免疫組化染色檢測(cè)移植骨微血管密度(MVD),觀察移植骨的再血管化情況。結(jié)果 實(shí)驗(yàn)側(cè)術(shù)后3 d,對(duì)照側(cè)術(shù)后2周移植骨出現(xiàn)再血管化。術(shù)后3 d、1周、2周、3周、4周,實(shí)驗(yàn)側(cè)移植骨的再血管化程度高于對(duì)照側(cè);術(shù)后4周,實(shí)驗(yàn)側(cè)再血管化程度達(dá)到高峰。結(jié)論 動(dòng)脈蒂植入非血管化自體骨的方法具有促進(jìn)移植骨血管生成的作用。

An experimental study on angiogenesis of non-vascularized autogenous bone graft with vascular bundle implantation  XIANG Zhao, YAO Yao, WANG Ya, HUA Cheng-ge, ZHANG Fu-gui, TANG Xiu-fa. (Dept. of Head and Neck Oncology, West China College of Stomatology, Sichuan University, Chengdu 610041, China)

[Abstract]  Objective  To investigate the effect of vascular bundle implantation in autogenous bone graft on angiogenesis. Methods  Thirty-six New Zealand white rabbits were evaluated in this study. A portion of bilateral radial bones of a rabbit were removed as free bone grafts, whose periostea were peeled off. In test group, the external maxillary artery bundle was passed through the marrow cavity of the bone. In control group, there was no vascular bundle implantation. Each bone was placed in masseter muscle separately. The rabbits were sacrificed and the specimens were procured at 3 days, 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6 weeks after surgery for histological observation, Chinese ink perfusion and CD34 immunohistochemistry. Microvessel density(MVD) was assessed in order to evaluate angio-genesis of autogenous bone grafts. Results  The bone grafts were found revascularization in 3 days after surgery in the test group, whereas at 2 weeks in the control group. In 3 days, 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks and 4 weeks after surgery, the MVD of test group was significantly higher than that of control group. In 4 weeks after surgery, angiogenesis of test group reached to peak. Conclusion  Vascular bundle implantation improved angiogenesis in non-vascularized autogenous bone graft in this study醫(yī).學(xué).全.在.線payment-defi.com.

對(duì)于非血管化自體骨移植,促進(jìn)其血管生成是骨愈合的關(guān)鍵。本研究利用動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn)觀察動(dòng)脈蒂植入非血管化自體骨后移植骨血管生成的情況,并與單純骨移植作比較,為該方法的臨床應(yīng)用提供理論依據(jù)。
