塑膠管沖洗上頜竇

Purpose

目的

To clear chronic maxillary sinusitis.

清潔慢性上頜竇炎。

Requisites

用品

• Sterile syringe
• 20 ml for adult
• 10 ml for 5-10 year old
• 5 ml for below 5 year old
• Sterile needle to fit polythene bag
• Sterile bowl
• Sterile gauze
• Receptacle for return mouth wash
• Sterile normal saline solution at body temperature
• Tissue paper
• Mouth wash
• Scissors
• Micropore tape or adhesive plaster
• Protective material
• Disposable bag

• 無(wú)菌注射器
• 成人20毫升
• 5－10歲兒童10毫升
• 5歲以下5毫升

• 無(wú)菌碗
• 無(wú)菌紗布

Implentation

實(shí)施

1. Place the patient in upright position.

1、病人端坐。

2. Warm the solution to body temperature.

2、將漱口液溫?zé)嶂僚c體溫相同。

3. Arrange the protective material around the shoulders.

3、肩頭圍上防護(hù)材料。

4. The doctor will perform the following:

4、醫(yī)生：

• Instruct the patient to hold the receptacle under the chin. Instruct the patient to lean forward slightly with his mouth open.
• Fill the syringe with solution, attach the needle and expel air.
• Remove the tapes and gauze at ends of the polythene tubings.
• Attach the needle to the tube and instill the solution slowly. The fluid should drain by the natural action and into the receptacle.
• Continue the instillation until the return fluid is clear.
• Instruct the patient to blow his nose gently during and after the procedure.
• Wrap the end of polythene tube with gauze and plaster in position.

• 指導(dǎo)病人將容器置于頜下，身體微向前傾，張口。
• 注射器吸滿漱口液，接上針頭，排出注射器內(nèi)空氣。
• 取下塑膠管一端的膠布和紗布。
• 針頭插進(jìn)塑膠管，緩緩注入漱口液。讓漱口液自然流出，流到容器內(nèi)。
• 反復(fù)慢慢注入，直到流出液體變清。
• 操作時(shí)和操作后讓病人輕擤鼻涕。
• 用紗布和膠布將膠管一端固定。

5. Observe for any complications during and after procedure:

• Swelling of the cheek or orbit.
• Severe pain.
• Evidence of haemorrhage.

5、操作時(shí)及操作后觀察有無(wú)并發(fā)癥：

• 面部或眼眶腫起
• 劇痛
• 出血跡象

6. Clean the patient’s face and give him a mouth wash.

6、清潔病人面部，漱口。

7. Leave the tissue paper for the patient to blow his nose gently.

7、備好紙巾供病人輕輕擤鼻涕用。

Record and report:

記錄并報(bào)告：

1. Nature of the return fluid.

1、回收液體的性質(zhì)。

2. Any swelling of the cheek or orbit, pain or evidence of haemorrhage.

2、面部或眼眶腫大、疼痛或出血。
